Cinco De Mayo provided the backdrop to what was an amazing week. This year we celebrated Cinco de Mayo through a “Flavors of Mexico” theme. This meant Mexican aprons for everyone, the opportunity to sample great Mexican food and chance to win raffles for Mexican cook books and trips to various destinations in Mexico. These raffles highlighted a Gastro-tour that each trip included, providing the perfect channel to learn more about traditional and modern Mexican cuisine.
